The Editorial Board is pleased to present Issue 32 to readers and researchers, offering a rich intellectual, legal, and economic momentum. The studies featured in this issue complement one another to forge a comprehensive vision connecting economic sustainability with environmental crises, rapid technological developments, and the guarantees of justice and the rule of law. The five research papers included in this issue reflect the journal's policy based on interdisciplinary approach, today, the phenomenon of law cannot be understood in isolation form economics and technology, nor can issues of political stability be addressed without examining frameworks of transitional justice and the protection of human rights.
