Submission Guidelines

“ElQarar Journal for Peer-Reviewed Scientific Research” welcomes original and innovative research manuscripts that fall within its aims and scope. To ensure the acceptance of your manuscript and the initiation of the peer-review process, authors are requested to strictly adhere to the following guidelines before submission:

I- Special requirements for research paper and journal:

  1. Document scientific research using a certified citation style, such as the American Psychological Association (APA) system.
  2. Provide a set of keywords for research papers to enhance visibility and indexing in web search engines.
  3. Include the researcher’s name, affiliation, personal data, contact information, and email on the front page, ensuring the inclusion of supervisors’ names and any supporting institutions, and ORCID iDs (if available).
  4. Submit the research with a concise abstract outlining the research components and objectives in the required languages.
  5. Research may be written in Arabic, English, or French, ensuring high linguistic quality and avoiding literal or poor machine translation.
  6. Adhere to publishing ethics by acknowledging all contributors and avoiding the inclusion of individuals who did not participate in the research process.
  7. Comply with the established research methodology, including choosing an appropriate title, writing a scientific introduction, defining objectives, ensuring structural harmony, preparing accurate tables and charts, and presenting findings, hypotheses, and evidence alongside a conclusion containing key results and recommendations.
  8. Write the research in a scientific style, ensuring linguistic integrity and thorough grammatical proofreading.
  9. Ensure the research topic aligns with the journal’s scope and is presented in an exclusive and original manner.
  10. Submissions must be entirely original, must not have been previously published in part or in full, and must not be concurrently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  11. Maintain scientific integrity and strictly avoid plagiarism, unauthorized copying, or intellectual theft.
  12. The similarity index must be between a minimum of 5% and a maximum of 20%, and direct quotes must be placed verbatim between quotation marks.
  13. Include the following disclaimer at the bottom of the first page: “The Journal is not responsible for the content of this research or the opinions expressed therein; they represent the author’s views only.”
  14. The Journal is not responsible for the specific publication requirements or standards of other official or competent institutions.

II- Paper Format and Structure

  1. Margins and Dimensions: Adjust margins and dimensions according to the specific requirements of academic scientific journals.
  2. Citations and References: Include in-text citations throughout the research and provide a comprehensive bibliography in a dedicated “References” section at the end of the paper, adhering to approved international standards.
  3. Tables and Figures: Embed tables and images within the body of the research or include them in a specialized section at the end of the document.
  4. Page Specifications: Manuscripts must be drafted on A4 paper using Microsoft Word. Authors must adhere to the journal’s page limits; the total length, including figures, drawings, and supplements, should not exceed 25 pages. Research exceeding this limit requires approval from the Editor-in-Chief and will incur additional fees for each extra page (see fee schedule below).
  5. Formatting and Typography: Research must follow the designated font styles and sizes for titles, tables, subtitles, and body text as required by the language of publication.
  6. Page Margins: Set margins to 2.5 cm on all sides.
  7. Font Specifications:
    • 1- Arabic Text: 14 Simplified Arabic.
    • 2- English or French Text: 12 Times New Roman.
    • 3- Main Title: Centered on the first page, font size 16 Simplified Arabic (Bold) or 14 Times New Roman (Bold) for foreign languages, using double spacing.
    • 4- Subtitles: Font size 14 Simplified Arabic (Bold) or 12 Times New Roman (Bold) for foreign languages.
    • 5- Footnotes/Endnotes: Font size 12 Simplified Arabic or 10 Times New Roman for foreign languages.
  8. Author Information: Author names should be written in full (triple name) below the title on the left side, font size 14.
  9. Abstract and Contact Details: Following the author names, include an abstract not exceeding 250 words in both Arabic and a second language (English or French). Provide professional affiliation, address, telephone number, email, and the date of submission.
  10. Keywords: Include a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 keywords that appear within the research.
  11. Introduction Components: The introduction must include the background, significance, objectives, problem statement, research questions, hypotheses, scope and limitations, methodology, challenges, literature review, and the research plan.
  12. Originality Statement: Include a section titled “Distinction of the Study,” where the researcher clarifies the unique contributions that differentiate this work from similar or related research.
  13. Structural Hierarchy: A unified systematic division must be adopted:
    • 1- Humanities and Legal Research: Use a tiered division (e.g., Chapter, Requirement, Section, Paragraph, Item, I, A, 1, 1-1).
    • 2- Scientific and Management Research: Use the digital numbering system:
      • 2.1- Main Sections: (1), (2), (3)…
      • 2.2- Subsections: (1-1), (1-2), (1-3)…
      • 2.3- Tertiary Sections: (1-1-1), (1-1-2), (1-1-3)…
  1. Conclusion and Recommendations: The end of the research must include a section for final results, recommendations, a formal conclusion, and suggestions for future research horizons.
    • In-text Citation: Author’s surname and year of publication should be indicated in parentheses; for example: (برهان، 2026) or (SCOTT, 2025).Citation & References Style: The journal adopts the American Psychological Association (APA Style – 7th Edition) for in-text citations and the reference list:
    • Reference List: References must be arranged alphabetically at the end of the manuscript.
      • Books: Author’s First Name (Surname), Book Title, Edition, Publisher, Place of Publication, Year, p. [Page Number].
      • Journal Articles / Periodicals: Author’s First Name (Surname), “Title of Research,” Name of Journal or Periodical, Volume/Issue, Publisher, Place of Publication, Year, p. [Page Number].
      • Translated Works: The translator’s name must follow the title of the book or research.
      • Repeated References: Author’s First Name (Surname), op. cit. (or “previous reference”), p. (Page Number).
      • Consecutive References:, p. (Page Number).
      • Mandatory Indexing Requirement: Authors must include DOI identifiers for all references where permanent digital links are available in the final list.
      • Note: The same mechanism applies to citations in Arabic, French, and English.

Important Note: The plagiarism similarity index must be less than 15% total, with no more than 5% from a single source. The Artificial Intelligence (AI) detection ratio must be less than 10%.

 Conditions de publication

La Revue ElQarar pour la recherche scientifique accueille des travaux de recherche originaux et innovants qui s’inscrivent dans son champ scientifique. Afin de garantir l’acceptation du manuscrit et le lancement du processus d’évaluation par les pairs, les auteurs sont priés de respecter strictement les directives suivantes avant d’envoyer leur manuscrit :

I- Exigences particulières pour les articles

  1. Documenter la recherche selon un système certifié tel que les normes APA.
  2. Accompagner l’article de mots-clés pertinents pour l’indexation.
  3. Mentionner le nom, l’adresse et les coordonnées de l’auteur sur la première page, en précisant l’institution de rattachement, et l’identifiant ORCID (si disponible).
  4. Fournir un résumé adéquat présentant les objectifs et les résultats dans les langues requises.
  5. Veiller à la qualité de la langue et éviter les traductions automatiques médiocres.
  6. Respecter l’éthique de l’édition et mentionner tous les contributeurs réels.
  7. Structurer l’article avec un titre approprié, une introduction scientifique, des objectifs clairs, des tableaux et graphiques soignés, ainsi qu’une conclusion incluant recommandations et perspectives.
  8. Assurer une correction linguistique et grammaticale rigoureuse.
  9. Garantir l’exclusivité et l’originalité du sujet.
  10. Les travaux soumis doivent être entièrement originaux. Ils ne doivent pas avoir été publiés auparavant, en partie ou en totalité, et ne doivent pas être simultanément soumis à une autre revue pour publication.
  11. Respecter strictement la propriété intellectuelle.
  12. Le taux de citation directe doit être compris entre 5% et 15%, avec un usage obligatoire des guillemets pour les passages textuels.
  13. Note de bas de page obligatoire en première page: La revue n’est pas responsable du contenu ni des opinions exprimées, lesquelles engagent uniquement leur auteur.
  14. La revue n’est pas tenue de répondre aux exigences spécifiques des institutions tierces concernant la promotion des chercheurs.

III- Format et mise en page

  1. Marges et dimensions conformes aux standards des revues scientifiques.
  2. Références citées dans le corps du texte et regroupées en fin d’article selon les normes internationales.
  3. Figures et tableaux intégrés au texte ou placés en annexe.
  4. Format A4, logiciel Word, maximum 25 pages. Au-delà, l’accord du rédacteur en chef est requis et des frais supplémentaires s’appliquent après la 15ème page.
  5. Respect des polices et tailles de caractères spécifiées.
  6. Marges de 2,5 cm de chaque côté.
  7. Caractéristiques typographiques:

7.1- Texte en arabe : Simplified Arabic 14.

7.2- Texte en français/anglais : Times New Roman 12.

7.3- Titre principal: Simplified Arabic 16 gras / Times New Roman 14 gras, centré.

7.4- Sous-titres : Simplified Arabic 14 gras / Times New Roman 12 gras.

7.5- Notes et marges : Simplified Arabic 12 / Times New Roman 10.

  1. Noms des auteurs alignés à gauche en taille 14.
  2. Résumé bilingue (arabe et français/anglais) de 250 mots maximum.
  3. Mots-clés limités à 6 termes.
  4. L’introduction doit inclure : préliminaire, importance, objectifs, problématique, questions, hypothèses, limites, méthodologie, difficultés et plan.
  5. Une section dédiée à la valeur ajoutée de l’étude (ce qui la distingue des travaux existants) est obligatoire.
  6. Subdivision systématique:

13.1- Sciences humaines et juridiques : Recherche, Exigence, Section, Paragraphe, Point. 13.2- Sciences exactes et gestion: Numérotation décimale (1, 1.1, 1.1.1).

  1. La conclusion doit ouvrir de nouveaux horizons de recherche.
  2. La revue adopte les normes de l’American Psychological Association (Style APA – 7ème Édition) pour les citations dans le texte et la liste des références :
    1.15. Citations dans le texte : Mentionner le nom de l’auteur et l’année de publication entre parenthèses, par exemple : (برهان، 2026) ou (SCOTT, 2025).
    2.15. Liste de références : Les références doivent être organisées par ordre alphabétique à la fin du manuscrit.
    3.15. Exigence obligatoire d’indexation : Il est impératif d’intégrer les identifiants DOI pour toutes les références disposant de liens numériques permanents dans la liste finale.

Note importante: Le taux de similitude (plagiat) doit être inférieur à 15% au total, avec un maximum de 5% par source unique. Le taux de contenu généré par IA doit être inférieur à 10%.
