“ElQarar Journal for Peer-Reviewed Scientific Research” is committed to publishing rigorous, high-quality, and well-structured peer-reviewed research within the humanities, maintaining full compliance with international academic publishing standards and best practices.

The journal follows a double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain undisclosed throughout the evaluation procedure to ensure scientific integrity, impartiality, and objectivity. Researchers must submit their work in accordance with established scholarly standards and the specific guidelines defined by the journal, which are as follows:

  1. Researchers should send their formatted manuscripts in Microsoft Word format to the following email addresses: info@elqarar.com – info@gmail.com, or via WhatsApp at: 009613918812.
  2. The editorial office shall inform the author of the initial assessment within 48 hours of submitting the manuscript in Microsoft Word format. The official acceptance letter is issued at least two days after the peer-review report is received, provided that any required observations are addressed, and the financial fees for arbitration, publication, and formatting are settled (see).

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to verify:

  • Relevance to the journal’s scope and objectives.
  • Compliance with the journal’s submission guidelines.
  • Sound scientific methodology and academic writing quality.
  • Absence of plagiarism or unethical research practices.
  1. After passing the preliminary evaluation, manuscripts are sent to at least two independent expert reviewers specialized in the relevant field for a confidential scientific assessment. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts according to the following criteria:
  • Originality and scientific contribution.
  • Relevance and academic significance.
  • Methodological soundness.
  • Accuracy of results and conclusions.
  • Quality of references and citations.
  • Clarity of academic language and structure.
  1. Based on the reviewers’ reports, the Editorial Board may decide on one of the following:
    • Accept and approve for publication without modification.
    • Accept after incorporating the amendments and observations contained in the report. The researcher must make the adjustments and submit a revised version for reassessment.
    • Refuse the research for publication.

1.4 In cases of significant disagreement between reviewers, the manuscript may be referred to a third reviewer for additional evaluation.

2.4 The peer review process generally takes between 3 and 15 days, depending on the nature of the manuscript.

3.4 The journal maintains strict confidentiality regarding submitted manuscripts, and reviewers are required not to use or disclose any information contained in the manuscripts prior to publication.

4.4 The final decision regarding publication rests with the Editorial Board.

  1. The author of the research paper must accept and adhere to the recommendations and findings provided in the peer-review report.
  2. The researcher must attach a signed undertaking—filled out either manually or digitally—to initiate the arbitration proceedings. This undertaking stipulates that the research shall not be submitted or published in any other scientific journal during the evaluation and publication period. It also confirms compliance with scientific integrity and professional ethics, prohibiting plagiarism, data fabrication, or false authorship claims.   3. Submissions must be provided in PDF format.
  4. Upon publication of the issue on the elqarar.com website, the researcher will be provided with a direct link to the research and the specific volume/issue number.
  5. Research is published electronically on a monthly basis and is included in the journal’s quarterly printed issue. The publication sequence is determined by the date of receipt and formal acceptance.
  6. ElQarar Journal for Peer-Reviewed Scientific Research issues an official publication certificate for every research paper published in the journal.

Important Note: The plagiarism similarity index must be less than 15% total, with no more than 5% from a single source. The Artificial Intelligence (AI) detection ratio must be less than 10%.

La revue ElQarar pour la Recherche Scientifique Évaluée des travaux de recherche rigoureusement évalués par les pairs, de haute qualité scientifique et structurés conformément aux normes internationales de l’édition académique.

Elle publie applique un système d’évaluation en double aveugle. L’identité des auteurs et celle des évaluateurs demeurent anonymes tout au long du processus afin de garantir l’intégrité scientifique, l’impartialité et l’objectivité.

Le chercheur effectue ses travaux conformément aux règles scientifiques et aux normes définies par la revue :

  1. Le chercheur envoie son manuscrit au format Microsoft Word aux adresses suivantes: info@elqarar.com  ou info@gmail.com , ou via WhatsApp au 009613918812.
  2. Le bureau de rédaction informe l’auteur de la réception et de la première évaluation dans les 48 heures suivant la soumission. L’attestation officielle d’acceptation est délivrée au moins deux jours après la validation du rapport du comité d’arbitrage, la correction des éventuelles observations et le paiement des frais de publication.

Tous les manuscrits soumis font l’objet d’un examen éditorial préliminaire visant à vérifier :

  • La conformité avec les objectifs et le champ scientifique de la revue.
  • Le respect des règles de soumission.
  • La qualité méthodologique et scientifique.
  • L’absence de plagiat ou de pratiques contraires à l’éthique.
  1. Après validation préliminaire, les manuscrits sont transmis à au moins deux évaluateurs indépendants spécialisés pour une expertise confidentielle selon les critères suivants :
  • Originalité et apport scientifique.
  • Importance académique du sujet.
  • Rigueur méthodologique.
  • Exactitude des résultats et des conclusions.
  • Qualité des références bibliographiques.
  • Clarté du style et de la rédaction.

Sur la base des rapports, le comité éditorial peut décider de :

3.1- L’acceptation sans modification.

3.2- L’acceptation sous réserve de modifications. Le chercheur doit alors soumettre une version révisée.

3.3- Le refus de publication.

En cas de divergence majeure entre les évaluateurs, le manuscrit est soumis à un troisième expert. Le processus d’évaluation dure généralement entre 3 et 15 jours. La décision finale appartient au comité éditorial.

  1. L’auteur s’engage à respecter les conclusions du rapport d’arbitrage.
  2. Le chercheur doit joindre un engagement signé stipulant que l’article n’a pas été soumis ailleurs simultanément, qu’il ne viole aucune règle éthique et qu’il est exempt de fraude ou de plagiat.
  3. Le chercheur reçoit le lien et les références de son travail dès la publication du numéro.
  4. Les recherches sont publiées mensuellement en ligne et intégrées au numéro trimestriel, selon l’ordre de réception et d’acceptation.
  5. La revue délivre un certificat officiel de publication.

Note importante: Le taux de similitude (plagiat) doit être inférieur à 15% au total, avec un maximum de 5% par source unique. Le taux de contenu généré par IA doit être inférieur à 10%.
