
Journal Description
The ElQarar Journal for Peer-Reviewed Scientific Research is a monthly, open-access, peer-reviewed scholarly journal with ISSN 3006-7294. The Journal is licensed as a print publication pursuant to Decision No. 252 of 2024 issued by the Lebanese Minister of Information and as an electronic publication pursuant to Decision No. 214 of 2019 issued by the National Media Council. The trademark “ELQarar (القرار)” is registered with the Lebanese Ministry of Economy and Trade under Registration No. 189475, dated 2 January 2010.
The Journal is indexed in internationally recognized scholarly databases and indexing services and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic publishing, research integrity, and publication ethics.
The Journal publishes original, high-quality, peer-reviewed research articles, review papers, and theoretical studies in the fields of Law, Political Science, Administrative Sciences, and Economics. It also welcomes interdisciplinary research addressing cross-cutting issues among these disciplines, including governance, public policy, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and sustainable development. Manuscripts are accepted in Arabic, English, and French.
ElQarar Journal for Peer-Reviewed Scientific Research is an international academic journal dedicated to publishing original and high-quality research across scientific and humanities disciplines. The journal aims to promote rigorous scholarly inquiry, support academic excellence, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge. The journal applies a Double-Blind Peer Review process. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Editorial decisions are based on originality, academic quality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
