Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation centers in promoting addiction recovery by examining the quality of services and monitoring administrative challenges from the beneficiaries’ perspective, with a sample of 87 participants. The results showed high levels of satisfaction ranging between 75% and 90%, peaking at 100% in indicators of psychological support and therapeutic sessions. In contrast, challenges emerged, including limited activities and poor privacy. Participants therefore emphasized the need to intensify rehabilitation activities and enhance family communication. The study concludes that these centers are pivotal in meeting the needs of residents, noting that the financial cost, as in the case of a revival center, may represent an obstacle for some families, which requires developing programs and enhancing community awareness to ensure that therapeutic support reaches everyone without psychological, social, or financial obstacles.
