يثير استخدام برامج الذكاء الاصطناعي في مختلف مجالات الحياة العديد من الصعوبات، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالجرائم الناتجة عن عمل هذه البرامج، فضلا عن قابلية تطبيق التشريعات القائمة وقدرتها على التكيف مع الخصائص الفريدة لهذه التقنيات. . مناقشة بعض التحديات التي تواجهها برامج الذكاء الاصطناعي حاليًا أو قد تنشأ في المستقبل، لا سيما في ظل تسارع وتيرة التطور التكنولوجي والمخاطر التي تشكلها البرامج المتقدمة على بعض الآلات التي يعمل عليها الذكاء الاصطناعي. ولذلك فمن المتصور أن تكون هذه الكيانات خارجة عن سيطرة الإنسان ومستقلة عن الأوامر المبرمجة الصادرة لها، مما يستلزم التحقيق الانفرادي في الجرائم. الابتعاد عن الجرائم التي ترتكبها الجهات التي تعمل باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي ولها سلطة مستقلة لاتخاذ القرار.

Abstract
Many issues occur when utilizing artificial intelligence programs in many aspects of life, particularly in terms of crimes committed as a result of these programs’ operation, as well as the appropriateness of present law and its capacity to account for the unique features of these technologies. As a result, the goal of this research is to address some of the obstacles that artificial intelligence projects may face now or in the future, particularly given the rapid speed of technical advancement. Advanced programs have given certain artificial intelligence robots huge skills that are so harmful that they are self-aware and capable of making judgments. As a result, it is possible that these creatures may escape human control and commit crimes despite the programming instructions sent to them. It is vital to pursue unilateral will crimes while avoiding crimes perpetrated by artificial intelligence entities with autonomous decision-making capacity.
