يمثل دور البرلمانات العربية في تعزيز الديمقراطية والحكم الجيد حجر الزاوية في تحقيق التوازن والاستقرار بين سلطات الحكومة والبرلمان. يتطلب ذلك تطوير الأطر القانونية والمؤسسية التي تعزز دور البرلمانات في ممارسة الرقابة وتعزيز الشفافية والمساءلة. التحديات المتنوعة في المنطقة تشمل ضرورة توفير الموارد اللازمة وتقديم التدريب المستمر لأعضاء البرلمان، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز الوعي العام بأهمية دور الرقابة البرلمانية في حماية حقوق المواطنين وضمان استخدام السلطة بشكل مسؤول. من خلال التعاون الدولي والجهود المشتركة، يمكن بناء مستقبل أكثر استقرارًا وازدهارًا للمنطقة العربية، وتأمين حياة أفضل للأجيال القادمة.

Abstract:
The role of Arab parliaments in promoting democracy and good governance represents a cornerstone in achieving balance and stability between the authorities of the government and parliament. This requires developing legal and institutional frameworks that enhance the role of parliaments in exercising oversight and enhancing transparency and accountability. The various challenges in the region include the need to provide the necessary resources and provide ongoing training to members of Parliament, in addition to enhancing public awareness of the importance of the role of parliamentary oversight in protecting the rights of citizens and ensuring the responsible use of power. Through international cooperation and joint efforts, a more stable and prosperous future for the Arab region can be built, and a better life can be secured for future generations.
